The Program

Friday: Warm welcome, time to look around get settled in your accomodation have some tea and snacks. Then meet up in the temple room for an introductory workshop on kirtan chanting with instruments and arati.

Saturday: Yoga in the yurt, based on the teachings of patanjali aimed at healing and aligning the body and mind for meditation. Breakfast
